I'm the co-founder of Effortbox, and I've spent over 15 years in the IT industry. Almost all of that time I've been focused on building products that make a real difference for people and businesses. Along the way, I've learned something important: products don't come to life on their own. They're created by people — and more specifically, by teams. And when teams are well-organized, know the goals, and understand not just what they're building but also why, that's when great things happen. With Effortbox, I'm now channeling that experience into helping teams work with objectives and key results, and helping businesses design and actually execute their strategies.
